We had made a request the day we reserved the room. My wife had to be in Surgery all day and I asked the BW through booking if we could delay our check out till 3-30? I received an email from BW that they would check with the property (BW Hays Ks) if they would accommodate our request. Received an additional email stating the BW Hays Ks would be glad to accommodate the delay checkout. The day of checkout we was informed by the front desk that they would not honor the request. Due to the fact they did not have that option at this location. Had to pay for an additional stay so I could stay in the room till the surgery was completed.

It was SO quiet! It could have been bc I was so tired. The girl working the front desk when I checked in was great. Very nice.
The room was really clean and comfortable. The shampoo & conditioner smelled great but dried out my hair.
The breakfast was phenominal! Please don't skimp on your breakfasts like other chains have. It was wonderful. Everyone in my family had something they liked. My fave was the biscuits and gravy.
We didn't use the amenities but plan to in the future.

The accommodation was not what we understood we had booked and we ended up having to book another room which doubled our cost and we were not at all pleased that we could not get adjusted accommodations and a rollaway bed.

Negatives:
Fire in laundry room, which caused temporary evacuation. I know this is unavoidable, but staff should have been walking around parking lot and communicating instead of just leaving us to guess. Then, I would have no complaints.
