Staff was kind and stepped up to the issues we encountered. After showing the pics of the things in the room, the day auditor gave us some points. Rather of had a monetary refund of sorts but at least it was something.
Call ahead make sure pool and spa are operational
Negatives:
Room was absolutely filthy and the pool has a ring of scum 6 inches tall along the top all the way around it. The spa(hottub) was not operational which is the only reason we chose this location "non refundable" reservation btw!

N/A, I came at shift change and the off going clerk appeared a bit annoyed, until Peyton stepped up and delivered.
