Staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Quite room and comfy bed. The pool was clean and warm.

My room door was hard to close and open, I have to left the knob door up to get it close or open completely.

Lack of an elevator.

Staff was very attentive trying to meet our needs being that there was no elevator and we had a quadriplegic with us.

We could not believe that this hotel had no elevator! Looking at all the pictures, there was no way anyone wouldn't expect that the hotel wouldn't have an elevator.It must be in BOLD PRINT. Also, heavy weed smell upstairs.

Air conditioning in lobby and dining area was not working entire five day stay.

Front desk clerk has her camera phone recording front desk activity even though there is a camera in the corner. I asked her about it and she said it is her nanny-cam.

It was very clean.

The mattress was old - sagged. It was very uncomfortable. I am a small woman - I cant imagine how a larger person would have slept comfortably in it. The other bed in the room had a similar mattress. Ugh!

Its a chain hotel and I have stayed there before with no issues.
Negatives:
The tv would not stop going into analog after being turned off. Only one coffee packet but four condiment packets. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I have never had the urge to give a bad review until now.
Negatives:
There was a significant leak in the ceiling of the bathroom. During the night I got up and the bathroom was flooded. I was told to just use the hallway bathroom. In our first room the tv didn't work.

I would pick a different hotel next time.
