The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The elevator and the hallway to our room reeked of the smell of marijuana. The room did not smell, though. People, including the staff, smoked outside too near the door. When we were loading our car near the door, people were smoking near our car.

Booked the hotel and when we got there we were towing a trailer and they said we couldn't park it there. No where online did it say no trailers. So we had to find another hotel and they wouldn't refund my money. They need to put it online if they don't.

Stayed because it had a pool, which was shut down. They alowed dogs in the rooms and had to wake up to one barking off and on for a few hoours.

Pool out of order, marijuana smell inside all of hotel, not very clean

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great. Bedding was very nice.

Comforter had a small stain on it (looks like coffee). Smelled clean but staff happily swapped it out for us no problem.

Woke up to ants in the room. Staff gave me an empty can of ant spary to deal with it. Staff gave us upgrad room, woke up to the same issue.

Hot tub was lukewarm at best, and poor lady running both the front desk and trying to refill breakfast items was pulled eight different ways.

The shower curtain rod was falling and the curtain wouldn't close all the way, so the floor got really wet. The tub floor was not non-slip. The Hot and cold water were reversedThe pillows and sheets smelled way too heavily of whatever detergent they used.
