Food and drinks are way overpriced. Prepaid for my reservation and they charged me again at the hotel saying they didn't see any prepayment. Didn't seem to care when I told them I already paid and I'm sure it's because I didn't book direct. Still waiting for my reimbursement a week later.

Will never book a hotel through booking.com again. Their mistake cost me $100 in overdraft fees.
