The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough for my wheelchair.
Negatives:
The ramp getting to the accessible room IS NOT ACCESSIBLE. Had I not been traveling with my daughter It would have been very hard to make it to my room
Also the bathroom is NOT wheelchair accessible. You can use the toilet but the shower is not accessible and almost resulted in an accident. Plus in our room the T.V did not work, no shower seat, the one they brought did not fit, and the phone did not work at all.

I booked and paid for a king bed that was handicapped accessible about 5 days before arrivingbut when I arrived there were no handicap rooms available! I know that they may have had a few hold overs but not all of them! They sold our room !!!!

It was in a good place for visiting family and the price was excellent - or too good to be true.

Smoke-free- hmmmm. The ashtray right outside the front door was overflowing and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Room smelled like 420 had JUST been celebrated by all of Lenexa in it RIGHT before we came in. Main door gaps let light/sound in...
