The bed linens, towels and washcloths looked and smelled clean.
Negatives:
The cigarette smell was horrible and it smelled like gallons of Febreeze were sprayed to cover it.
Our room was dirty. I found pills on the floor around the bed, an unpackaged, frosted sugar cookie under the ice box. The shower walls had soap scum on them. The breakfast area counters were in need of cleaning.

Policy is to pay a deposit. Upon review of the room several issues identified.
. additional lock broken, leaking sink, wall behind door damaged, shower/bathtub spout loose, alarm clock missing buttons. After requesting they review the room prior to our stay they agreed those items would not count against deposit. Poor quality maintenance. For the price of hotel stay room should have been better quality.

Very clean and staff did good job. Very comfortable sleeping.

No elevator and I had a 76 year old who is going blind and a 70 year old with a fractured hip and we were on the third floor.

Very rude at checkin. I asked about checking in 2 hours early. It would cost $15. Clerk could not get credit card machine to work. She Wanted me leave $50 deposit. I would not. Then wanted me to leave my credit card at desk. T

The hotel room was disgusting. Smelled like Marijuana. Bathroom was dusty and not clean. Water was brown when coming out of the faucet for the first 10 seconds every time turned on. I was never so ready to leave somewhere.

We found a condom wrapper that fell out of the bedding when I pulled the covers back. Everything was grungy. The chair in the room had ripped arms and was filthy. Got woken up at 3 in the morning to the people in the next room screaming at each other. Never again.

Some of the advertised amenities were missing. NO coffee pot or coffee, and coffee was only available in the am, and it was really bad. Only hot breakfast was waffles, no eggs, sausage, or choice for diet limited like diabetics. Lost water for hours.

Cold couldn't lower TV. Chair toppled over backwards. Bed too high, too soft bathroom ceiling caving in

The whole place was nothing like the pictures. There's no elevator so you have to carry your stuff upstairs or downstairs. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and incense. The carpet hasn't been deep cleaned in years. The stand up lamp by the desk was broken. I told the front desk. She said she would call someone to come fix it. I told her to switch it out or take it out. She said to leave it and she'll make sure I get my deposit back. The breakfast wasn't good at all, like 3 items to choose from. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough and rusty on the outside so you know it was old. The little freezer part needed to be defrosted. The mattress didn't fit in the bed frame all the way. The sides were hanging off.

Far enough off the road to limit outside traffic noise. Spacious breakfast area, well lit. Did not see any evidence of roaches.
Negatives:
Bathroom hot water was not hot enough to shower. Unpleasant way to start the day. Unusually limited continental breakfast. Bread with only butter or grape jelly. Waffles. Milk, juices and coffee. Blueberry muffins. Cereal choices raisin brand, frosted flakes and oatmeal (the only gluten-friendly option). That's it. No napkins, just a box of hotel tissues by the cereal dispenser.
