Great hotel. Nice restaurant/bar, good rooms and very comfortable with a friendly staff.
Negatives:
Parking was a bit challenging, but not impossible. There were only two luggage carts for a nearly full hotel.

One of the best hotel beds I’ve experienced.
Negatives:
I did not like towels. If you are tall watch out for the ceilings and doorways. I was charged for two nights and stayed only 1. The day I checked in there was a problem with their register so I will have to call and address this since the extra charge has not fallen off.

Overall this wasn’t the best...
Positives:
The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but I primarily interacted with a young red-haired gentleman, and he was friendly, positive, and helpful for each interaction. The location was convenient.
Negatives:
The shower curtain had a very strong mildew odor. I bought some perfume at Target to spray the shower curtain so it did not smell so bad. I stayed for three nights and not once did housekeeping make/change my bed or bring me clean towels.

my coworker was staying there so we could ride together.
Negatives:
there was hair all over the bathroom. there were plastic opened used utensils on the floor. the coffee was decaf and tea. when left and expected the room to at least be freshened up they put a do not disturb sign on the door that was NOT there at 4am. the coffee was requested and it was refilled with tea. the front desk person was nowhere to be found and didn’t answer bell for 20 minutes or more.

Restaurant closed at 9pm on Friday night which seems a little early. It's an older facility so size of elevators, doors, etc is small.
