The front desk accused me of playing around with the toilet and flooding the room beneath mine when it’s was the hotels plumbing issue. Then I was told “ if you have a problem you can just leave now “ terrible experience when I was nothing but respectful.

I liked the location, friendliness of the staff, the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Negatives:
The pool was freezing and the hot tub was broken which was such a disappointment due to it being one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. The beds were also very hard, so I didn't sleep very well.

I booked a room that was described as "2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper" including in my confirmation email. When I got to the hotel, they didn't have a sofa sleeper and said their system didn't show that. They were full that night and so were neighboring hotels. There was nothing they could do and my bill was not comped for this. We had 6 people in our family in this 1 room. This is not my first time with the hotel having different information than when I booked through a 3rd party site and this will be my last time. I will only book direct going forward. It's not worth the risk. Separately, the lack of staff at a hotel that was 100% booked was shocking. The front desk attendant was by herself and was answering phones, helping guests, and dealing with my issue. It took 45 minutes to get checked in. None of the other guests were being taken care of because she had so many at once. Breakfast ran out early again because the hotel was 100% booked. This hotel is incredibly mismanaged.
