TV had serious problems, We checked and and made ourselves comfortable,and couldn't use the TV, we wanted to watch a show on TV,which we missed, staff moved us into another room, but still the same problem, they wanted to move us again but we were tired and had to do without TV, very frustrating

Kelly, at the desk was exceptional. Always answered questions, helped figure out the TV, tried to get the sauna to work. Wonderful attitude, and helpful

Sauna didn't work even though service was done to it prior. Hot tub was out of order.

The warm pool, clean comfy beds, great breakfast. Thankful that a restaurant was within walking distance

During the night the handicapped bar by toilet came off wall. They had drywall nails directly in drywall. The holder for the shower wand just broke.
