Negatives: Upon check in I could not hear the girl..she's behind plexiglass so I stepped to the side so I could hear. She rudely said PLEASE step back behind the glass. Which in this day and time I understand But not one of the employees had a mask on despite signs all over the property mask required. Then not only was there tile missing in the bathroom but ants in the room also. Very disappointed in our stay.

Positives: Location
Negatives: No hot water for showers two days in a row. Tub would not drain. Housekeeping did not make up my room on three different days even though I left request on the door each time. My key car expired twice and I couldn’t get in the building, even though I booked for seven nights. Bathroom door didn’t fit properly and i had to force it shut. I used the common bathroom near the pool and it had no toilet tissue. My worst lodging experience ever.

Positives: Well we thought it was safe but our room got broken into and all electronics, new shoes and cash was stolen. The only thing we like was the fact they had cameras !!

Positives: Quiet, great location! My family and I came down for a drag race on labor day weekend. (I was Surprised the hotel wasn't louder for being a holiday weekend.) Very clean, big room, A/C works great and is quiet.
Negatives: I called ahead when I booked to make sure I could bring our animal with us, they said no problem. When I arrived I advised the front desk associate that we had our pet, she stated "thank you for telling me, they didn't have you in a pet Friendly room. " She proceeded to say: "Normally those rooms are taken" I replied back with "Well I did state when I made the booking I needed a pet Friendly room as well as I call ahead to make sure. " It ended up not being an issue... I just wish when someone makes requests they pay a little more attention. Otherwise I have nothing else to complain about.
