The employees were super nice and friendly. The lady helping me when I checked in was great and found me a room on the first floor since I couldn't do the stairs.

The room lamp didn't work, nor the frig. The TV was on when I got there and wouldn't turn off so I had to unplug it. The hall was loud. The bathroom counter top was peeling up and had exposed gross particle board exposed. No breakfast as advertised.

No breakfast, room door did not lock and keycard didnt work. Sheets werent changed at check in. TV had no service, two towels for four day stay. No soap and a half roll of toilet paper. Nothing was done about any of these things.

Bath tub drain issues. Toilet had hairs and dirt stuck under the toilet bowl. Sink also had hair and dirt stuck beneath. Sheets had human hair all-over with some type of stains in sheets. It said online that breakfast provided but none when was provided.

Nothing my room wasn't ready walked in and found tools and wires on the bed
Negatives:
Just about everything hallway smelled like cigarettes and my room wasn't ready and room they sent me to wasn't ready either we ended up finding a new place to stay

Hallways smelled like smoke, building is old, sheets had stains, needs an upgrade, bathroom tiles were loose. Pool was not clean and hot tub not working. I would not recommend staying here.

They lie in the pictures they have a pool and hot tub. What they have is a nasty hole with watter and a dry "hot tub" and they used like a stored room for old furniture and stuff they have a nasty odor. They don't clean everyday and on my second night i told them why don't you come and pick up the towels and the trash? They said they don't do that until the 5 day you stay there. The hotel inside smell like a nasty old house . they don't care about costumer. On the room they don't have a security lock on place . the place is not what i saw in pictures. Very disappointed. For that price. Never coming back. And not recommend to anyone.

It could have been cleaner. They are obviously trying to repair the building from prior owners' lack of care.
Negatives:
The security door exiting to the part of parking lot located at the end of the hallway from my room#113 had a broken latch giving anyone and everyone who wished to enter the building unmonitored,, unfettered access. This is not the safest area of Topeka.
