Was only provided three towels for two adults for a 2 night stay. Temperatures dropped below 32° Overnight and beds were only accommodated with a top and bottom sheet and a super thin “blanket”. We tried requesting an extra blanket from the front desk and was told that was against policy and was also denied an extra set of sheets due to us not wanting housekeeping to enter our room at 11 AM when we would not be present in the room, but had a pet with us so we didn’t want room service entering while we weren’t there and upset our very well-behaved dog. One front desk associate in particular was extremely rude, continue to call the phone in our room repeatedly, then proceeded to hang up on me because she was receiving another call. The other front desk associates we spoke to weren’t outrageously rude, but we’re not helpful in anyway.
