Days Inn by Wyndham Wichita West Near Airport

Negatives: Yes I didn't get to even stay bc the application never told me it was the economy number 2 which was not where I needed to stay so I payed for a room I never even got to stay in very disappointed

Negatives: Everything about my stay was great.

Negatives: Resurveyed my room a day ahead of time and they only take payments on site. Get there check in hand the guy my ID and cc. I sign on the line, he hands me my receipt, room keys and my CC and iD shows me where my room is and tells me to enjoy my stay. Early the next morning I was woken by a ringing room phone, no one on the other end. I can't get back to sleep so I get in the shower and get ready to head out early to start my long drive. Came out of the bathroom to get dressed and packed and noticed someone had tried to enter my room, thankfully I had it latched. About 10 minutes later comes a knock at the door yelling front desk. I open the door and ask how I can help the lady. She told me that I have to leave now, I was in the room illegally and the police will be called. I explained that I arrived yesterday afternoon and paid for the room when I arrived. She called me a liar and waived a check in invoice at me. I told her I was given one of them upon check in, it's in my car and I can grab it and head to the office. So after everyone that was still trying to sleep was woken by her calling me a thief and a liar and the police were going to arrest me, I packed up the car, grabbed my receipt and headed to the office. Turns out that her employee that checked me in made an input error, I was not at fault. I'm retired and do a great deal of traveling, of the 100s of places I've stayed, this is the only place I refuse to revisit and will definitely let others know that this hotel should be avoided.

Negatives: Did not take our reservation said said they sold to a other company, had to pay cash

Negatives: Smelled musty masked with bleach. Awful upon arrival they wanted 100$ cash deposit. we balked and they said never mind. No breakfast as advertised. we walked in and right out. DID NOT SPEND THE NIGHT! Apparently new owners as of that day. Bad Start!

Negatives: Stated free breakfast was included there was no breakfast offered.

Negatives: The room was grubby. Water damage to the walls in the bathroom. The room was in need of a deep cleaning and painting. The headboard on one-of the two beds was broken. Bathroom sink stopper was missing and the faucet was wildly out of alignment. Dont think Ill be staying there again.

Negatives: Shower was spraying all over the ceiling and floor. The air conditioner was extremely loud. When people were moving or walking above us is sounded like they were elephants. Awful stay!

Negatives: No cleanliness whatsoever. Folded couch had clothes in it. Fearful of bedbugs. A nightmare.

Negatives: room was VERY noisy all night with water leak or perhaps a toilet running in the room above us.

Negatives: The front desk manager is Rude and has no customer service skills. Had to call and speak to the owner later on about her attitude and how she treats guests. He fixed it and she was mad!

Negatives: N/A - I have no complaints at all.
