The cleanliness of the rooms. How difficult it was to check in after hours and how long it took, we were exhausted from our drive and the last thing you want to do is have to call multiple times to make sure someone is coming down to check you in as well as having to wait 20 or more minutes.

Room doors didnt lock. Paid for non smoking room but room smelled of smoke, nobody was at the front desk, when we called them it took them 15 mins to get there (they drove there)

I was greatful to have a bed to sleep in for the night. Pricing was good considering State Wrestling was in the area.

The door lock (bolt) did not work at all. The latch was hardly secured. There were people above us being extremely noisy (running back and forth, screaming/talking very loud, sounded like they were jumping across beds, etc.). Noses went on from at least midnight until 1:30am. I finally fell asleep at 2 am. I had a 4 year old with me as well that woke up. In the morning when trying to check out, nobody was available for another almost 2 hours. I called the 500# and left a message/compalint for a callback and have yet to receive it.

The front desk lady that worked overnight was very nice!

After calling for someone to come to the desk to check in, I stood there for another 30 minutes before someone actually showed up. My towels werent clean, you could tell they either werent washed or just not washed well. There was brown splatter stained on the bathroom wall. It looked like someone drew ALL over the floor in the room with a pencil or something.
