It appeared to be in a nice part of downtown. My room was really clean and nice.
Negatives:
My vehicle was broken into while parked in the city parking garage connected to the hotel. This apparently happens often. Police and hotel staff told me it was common with the last time being the night prior. There was no security and there were no cameras to catch the person who broke into my car. I had to drive 3 hours home without a passenger window. Also had to call police, file a claim with my insurance, picked up glass, was late to my event, and had to book an appointment to get a replacement window but cannot get it done until the next appointment Wednesday. I’m a single woman who was traveling alone to coach at a wrestling tournament. Luckily I didn’t go out to my car in the middle of the night like I had thought about doing.

Great location - decent breakfast - fun rooftop pool (but there was a thunderstorm during our stay so we opted not to use the pool.)

The location was great. Everything was nice and new.

A lot of staffing issues - at times no one was at front desk? My husband tried to get a burger and gave up after 45 minutes.
We found SOMEONE ELSES UNDERWEAR IN OUR BATHROOM. Was it even cleaned? I will be writing the manager. There is no manager on duty for questions. The front desk guy did not know what to do with complaint. I asked for a voucher.
