Rooms were not what we booked, I assume that was the fault of booking.com. I have screen shots of two queen bed rooms with a couch. We received two king rooms with a horrible spring sofa.
Rooms were dirty, check in staff sucked. I was promised a refund of one night per each room and haven’t received it. There was NO soap in bathrooms. I had to purchase bar soap for our 11 person stay for three nights. I also had to purchase blankets for the couches and roll out cot. Horrible beyond belief !!!!
