Positives:
The bed was comfy, nice big screen tv, clean mini fridge, and had a nice heater which looked really clean as well (sometimes these don’t get cleaned and filter is dirty)

The property itself seemed sketchy, people not staying at the property hanging outside. Shopping cart in the parking lot. Definitely didn’t feel safe. There was a small verbal confrontation between an unwanted guest and the person at desk.

It was clean, the bed was comfy and clean and had enough blankets to keep you warm. The bathroom was clean. Didn't see anything gross.

while taking a shower in the morning, before checkout, hotel staff came and ripped open my door and proceeded to leave it open.
when I called the front desk to confirm if it was a hotel staff member and to let them know about the situation, they simply said sorry.
a stay before this one, they randomly did a call to the room with no response. I called the hotel to see if they needed something since I answered with no response, they stated everyone gets a wake up call.
this hotel is extremely unprofessional and stereotypes anyone staying here, along with operating with no boundaries or respect for their guests.
I still need my deposit back too!!! last time y'all overcharged me, it was back the same day. why is it taking 5 days now????

Positives:
The mattress was beyond comfortable, so when I fell asleep, i was out.
Negatives:
We pulled in and there were people sitting in their doorways with the doors propped open watching us. There were shopping carts around perimeter of the property, if felt like a homeless shelter. Plus the two police vehicles in the lot didn’t instill a sense of safety. We were afraid of our vehicle being tampered with or stolen during the night.

I arrived at like 10pm. The office area looked like the picture 20 years ago. The blinds was falling, darpet/mat peeling, chairs were cracking and peeling and looked very aged. I went to the room and walked around and immediately left the property! I did not sleep there nor did I return to the property. NOT FIT FOR HUMAN LIVING.
