Negatives:
Pool was advertised but none existent. Bed was probably around during the Nixon administration. Curved to the middle and caused us to crash in the middle during the night. A/C was the sound of air force one which was ok when the motor cycle gang arrived at 120 in the morning. Booking needs to take some responsibility for what they're advertising. No refund or discount for misrepresented property is unacceptable. I'm going to quit using booking if this continues.

Having adjoining rooms was great because my sister-in-law came to say good-bye to our son, who is leaving to go out of state. The women stayed in one room, the men stayed in the other, yet we were able to visit as though we were in one room. Very nice.
Negatives:
Breakfast would have been nice, but the man at the front desk directed us to where we could find a good breakfast (I-hop), as well as answering a couple of other questions.

Not much of anything except that the coffee was fresh and served 24/7.

The staff doesnt do much about complaints and doesn't speak English very well and they hold your deposit for 3 days if not more. Always watch your credit card.

Got bed bugs in first room we were in. Moved us to a new room but could care less about the bed bugs! Staff was terrible. No amenities like restaurant, coffee in room, swimming pool etc... bad since we had no vehicle to go anywhere. I will never stay there again!!

The bathroom was not clean the tub was really gross looking. The AC in the room didn’t really work it was so hot and smelled.
on their paper it had a long list of things that they would charge you $100 for including anything on the sheets or bedding
