They have a very NICE pool, but it has been closed since the COVID panic. It's time to reopen that pool.

The room has bed bugs, which we now have to fumagate our vehicle. It was loud at night. The phone in the room did not work.

The smell of animal in hallways. Ceilings were not good from leaks, walls were dirty. Place was need of fixing up.

The check in staff was good.

No elevator . The ceiling vent verily hanging on the ceiling. There was a loud strange noise that sounds like a hot water tank running. The room was not clean. There was a dirty wash cloth from another party. The tv would play then shut off for no reason and turn back on to different channel when it did come back on.

Sent me to the room and it hadn't been cleaned at all. Tv was on and the bedding was a mess. Went back to front desk and told the lady so she put me in a different room. The room had a strong odor and the window was left open. Fresh Blood on the sheets.
