The furniture in the front office was really dirty and old so there's really nowhere to sit down when you sign in.

It's not the hotels fault but there is an active train running right across the street. The shampoo bottle left in the room was already opened and half used and there is not much in them to begin with. One of the towels was very old and ratty and torn. The central air unit was not working properly I had to push and hold the on button for it to reset. The buttons were also cracked and worn out on the unit and hard to use. One of the lamps did not have a switch on it to be able to turn it on. Breakfast was not ready until 7am. Also the bathroom floor in the corners were pretty dirty or stained.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't have to worry about taking my shoes off and walking on the carpet barefoot.
Negatives:
It was expensive considering there is an active train directly across the street, which goes through in the middle of the night, blaring its horn. The rooms should be soundproofed because of that factor. The breakfast was also nothing special. Only a couple pieces of bread and some cereal. And you had to make your own coffee.

It was okay, but not worth the money.

Toilet seat was broken. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30. But when we went to eat, they said it would start at 7. We had to leave by 7 to catch our plane. Then they checked us out at 8, when we never said anything about checking out. One person that drove his family to the airport was going back to the motel til it was time to check out. They had his belongings at the office. The bedspread on our bed was really dirty.

Was a nice, clean and quiet room which made for a pleasant, relaxing stay and a good nights sleep after a long drive.
Negatives:
Problematic entrance and parking lot during winter. Unplowed with no plan to clear snow. Very steep gradient entrance to get in, covered in slush was nearly impossible in a 4runner. Once I was up there the person at reception told me about a back entrance that was still unplowed but less of a gradient.
