Location and cleanliness. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping left extra towels outside our door for the next day without having to request them.
Negatives:
Beds were very hard. Close to the road and very noisy, Housekeeping left ear plugs on the nightstand for us.

I thought it to be clean, I had to relocate to another room a few days into my stay due to power issues in several rooms next to mine. Other than that, the staff was well trained & helpful when asked about activities in the area. Thank you Best Western, thank you Booking.com.
Negatives:
There was no bar option in the area to have a drink, I workout everyday & had to commute 35 minutes to London, Kentucky to do so. The local gym (Knox Fitness) was not exactly impressive.
