We got booked into a handicap room, which we did not ask for. We didn’t know it would be a handicap room until we checked in, there was nothing on the reservation indicating this. There was no couch to sit on or carpet on the floor, which is what we expect when staying in a hotel room.

There was construction going on above us and had to listen to hammering and drills until 8 pm. The front desk lady told us they were going to stop at about 6 pm. Then they started up at 8 am the next morning. Not possible to sleep after 8 am.
