The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
There were roaches in the room. They did move us to a new room, but that did not ease my mind. After checking in, I did hear the cleaning staff asking if they had sprayed for bugs. At first, I thought maybe it was a routine situation, but I now know room 227 had a roach issue.

The lobby was nice and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not as great as advertised. I get it’s a hotel continental but the eggs and sausage were not great. The pool was gross and cloudy. My kids didn’t even want to swim in it. Rooms were dirty.
