Negatives: Room had a pair of panties under the bed. Breakfast was not what I expected. Very little to choose from.We are an elderly couple that had to climb a flight of stairs and asked to be located on first floor. Request was not awarded.

Negatives: The breakfast needs work

Negatives: Tv was broken

Negatives: Booked 3 queen rooms, 4 people in each. Was given 3 towels and washcloths. Had to ask for more for ea room. Requested non smoking rooms, all 3 rooms reeked of smoke. Had to go buy disinfectant sprays. 1bed particularly had dirty bedding and had multiple burn holes. Requested clean bedding. Missing shower curtain in 1 bathroom. Had to ask for 1. No bk on remote control for Tv. Breakfast was very inadequate, basically cold cereal and bread. definitely not enough of what was offered for an entire hotel of guests No air on in the rooms, we had to request it be turned on and it barely worked. We had left for a little while to visit family in the area. When we returned we were locked out of all 3 rooms, had to go to the front desk and have new key cards programmed. While the entire family waited for access. Witnessed illegal activity by 1 of the staff who's action and speech made us very uncomfortable especially since we were traveling with young children!! Was on a budget for our vacation or would have definitely switched hotels! Thankfully it was only a 2 day stay, we were constantly faced with something!!

Negatives: The employee at check-in. His shirt was filthy, his hair was to his shoulders and when he was talking to me he kept pushing it out of his face. I don’t know what his name was because he didn’t have a name tag on his filthy dirty shirt. He rambled on about how his sinuses were infected, etc. I couldn’t get out of that office fast enough. He was absolutely disgusting and should not be dealing with the public. If I have an occasion to stay there again and he is still working there I will not stay there. The only thing that would make this better would be a total refund. I could go on and on about his behavior but I think you get the picture. Negatives: the two staff sat around outside smoking when things needed to be done during breakfast.

Negatives: When we opened the door to the room, the odor was awful. Love seat was badly stained. The shower curtain was from a smokers room. Exactly 2 bath towels. Mold on wall near sink basin and a tiny bit on the dust ruffle.

Negatives: The building needs a complete renovation for the prices they are charging

Negatives: My husband went in and registered, received the room keys and went to open the door. He tried several times to get it open. He went back down to the front desk and asked for different keys because what he had didn't work. The staff began to quizz him about how he used the cards as if he didn't know how to use them. She did give a different set of keys . He went back and tried the door agian. The second set of keys did not work. No light came on nothing. By this time my husband was getting upset so I went down to get another set of keys ,a different room or she came up there and open the door herself with the keys. Again she asked me a bunch if questions and asked if a light came on I told her no. I then said get us a different room or we will move on. She did get us a different room. We were able to get in after a few trys only one key worked. The next morning we went down for breakfast. 6 to 9 We were there right at 6 No one was around No light on in the breakfast room. No one at the reception desk No one. We waited for a little bit longer 5 min. Still jo one showed up. So we left. The next morning I sent my husband down to see what their breakfast contained. I know it was a continental breakfast. We have traveled enough to know what to expect. There was no fruit no muffins all there was was cereal , oatmeal and yourgert. It was a very wimpy continental breakfast I ever saw.
