They booked my room and the place was closed for renovations and still charging me a cancellation fee

Paying for something I didn't get

I didnt even get to stay because they were renovating and didnt even try to get ahold of me before hand. Drove 2 hours away from home just to spend another hour looking for a room.

Remote control didnt work no trashcan in the room and evidently no room had a trashcan because people were sitting in the trash outside their door.
