Location was easy to access.
Negatives:
First the hotel didn't have a roof. Walked into lobby to register for the room and was met with a strong cigarette smell. It was gagging. Had to wait for desk clerk to come up front from somewhere in the back office. When I mentioned that I had requested a nonsmoking room the clerk told me that he can't control what others do and if they smoke he can't monitor it. Thankfully room was not smoky. But it was in very poor condition. Windows dirty, holes in door gasket allowing bugs in, curtains filthy. Beds were clean or we would have forfeited the cost and stayed elsewhere.
