Negatives: Bar/Restaurant is closed, room smelt moldy, lobby stunk, A/C overly noisy, room was humid and 78 when we arrived, bathroom was filthy, fridge was turned off, remote worked only within a foot of tv, just an overall lousy experience.

Positives: We had a fire alarm that got everyone up at 5am, we left our room and went outside. There was someone cooking meth in one of the rooms that caused a fire. We waited around until 7am and left to eat breakfast at a different location. (see below for more).
Negatives: From 5am to 7am there was no info from the Hotel folks on what was going on or how long we may need to wait.

Positives: Considering star level, this location is on point. We have a service dog and they gave us a lovely room that wasnÂ't pet destroyed. It was nice for an overnight. Clean and updated.
Negatives: The location wasnÂ't close to any activities if you donÂ't have transportation, but did have several restaurants selections across the street.

Positives: The staff were nice, the room was clean and the location was fine. There were places to eat around there and it was easy access to everything I wanted to see. There was free internet and parking. I was able to use the business center's computer.
Negatives: No, nothing specific. I understand CoVid had changed some things about food service. We all have to adapt and be supportive.

Negatives: This hotel and our room was absolutely filthy. It was very evident that they did not clean this room at all before we arrived. The shower, bathroom floor, and sink area were covered in the previous guestsÂ' hair and contact lenses.
