Positives:
cleanliness, free coffee, friendly staff, convenience to highway, restaurants, and the ark, good a/c in the room
Negatives:
The refrigerator had a high pitch constant sound. The room smelled a little funny. Towels were thin and stayed wet, didn’t dry out. We had a hard time getting the room door to close properly; it made a sound (pyoo, pyoo) over and over. A lot of times, the staff was outside smoking.

Location was great for Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Also, we enjoyed a trip to Cincinnati, Ohio from this location.

Very noisy after 10:00 pm. It should be a curfew.

The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the bed was comfortable, and the room seemed clean.
Negatives:
I missed having coffee in the room. the walls were damaged in places and poorly repaired. It was difficult to unload without a covered entrance for an auto. The lock on the door was difficult to unlock.

There was no breakfast, only coffee. The main front desk attendant was nice. There was another one who was sitting outside by the front door smoking, which we had to walk through to get in. Very unprofessional. She was grumping when she came back inside. The rooms had an odd smell about them but the sheets and towels smelled of bleach, which told me there were clean.
