Arrived after a full day of driving to find it is closed. Had no other place to go! It was closed due to a fire last year! They sent me an email that morning confirming our stay for that night! I have never experienced this problem before. Will not be staying at Days inn going forward!

The hotel was closed when I arrived. And I was told I was getting accommodated with an upgrade for recant price that didnt happen. The overseas customer service continued to hang up on me three times

After reserving our room we decided to have a drink at a local bar. Thankfully we only had one because when I got to the hotel we found that the entire place was closed down. Couldnt find anything else in the area so we slept in a rest area for an hour before getting back on the road to finish our 4 hrs drive
