We were traveling with a small dog and hotel is pretty friendly but as soon as we opened the door to the room it reaked off animal smell. The entire room smells like a pack of dogs had been in there and made the room feel unclean and refused to take off shoes if walking in room.

The location was right where I wanted it to be when I booked the room surrounded by restaurants. Breakfast was what we thought it would be and a time saver to get going in the morning.

I would have liked to have a comfortable chair to sit in. Also, the bed was a little too high to get into easily.

The beds were surprisingly and amazingly comfortable!!! Room was very clean. Breakfast was nothing special but it was free/included.
Negatives:
There was some price gouging because of soccer tournaments, so the price exceeded the quality of the hotel. That said, it was better than I expected, especially the beds.

A bit outdated, the creepy, tiny elevator, outside poorly maintained. “Breakfast” was poor to mediocre at best.
The absolute deciding factor to stay was the pool. We have 2 teens and a 3 year old. We came to town for grandpa’s funeral and the pool was the only perk of the entire 6 hour car ride from Missouri. We check in and find out the pool is CLOSED. No curtesy email, text, call, nothing. We were basically depending on that to let the kids relax and unwind. So we stayed cooped up in the room. Terrible.
