Between Wednesday, Jul 9th, 2025 at midnight and Thursday, Jul 10th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Jul 10th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 10, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The lobby was updated. Glad there was free breakfast. Front desk personnel was helpful and friendly. Bed slept pretty well.

Negatives: The room had a kind of damp smell, chipped furniture and rusted tub fixtures. The first night the room upstairs was playing WWE on the floor. Called down to front desk a couple times. The good thing is after the second call to front desk, they must have went to the room and told them to knock it off and it stopped shortly after. The pool was drained, so I was disappointed with that. Though the lobby was updated, the rest of the hallways seemed a bit shabby and knobs felt a little sticky.

Positives: The room was spacious and clean with lots of room to hangout. The facilities were relatively modern and did not feel dated nor overly trendy.

Negatives: The pool was closed for maintenance and we picked it partially for the pool. The breakfast had no meat options for protein and biscuits and gravy does not count, and we picked this hotel because of the included breakfast.

Positives: This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The pool was literally covered in mold and closed. The room was supposed to have two tv’s and a couch. The room had one small tv and a disgusting couch that had one cushion turned over bc of a stain. There were empty picture books hanging on the wall and spider webs and dirt everywhere. We found an unmarked pill on the floor. To add to this fun, I had reached out days in advance for an early checkin. Never heard back from them. Showed up at 1:15 when checkin was at 3pm. Lady at the desk said no rooms were ready at 1 and the crew was going to lunch. I came back at 3 (normal checkin time) and the room was still not ready! Almost 30 mins later we got in and couldn’t believe we paid hundreds of dollars to stay here. Wow!
