Didn't get refunded for leaving a day early even after the guy at front desk said contact booking I'll get my money back but booking couldn't get ahold of them so they got 135$ to stay from 10pm to 11am check out next morning

When we left we went back.in to give a tip to man and woman who had went in before the door was closed. They did NOT change the sheets. I saw them.remove and replace sheets!

I've stayed here twice and both times were great. The desk clerks were friendly. The location was perfect. Only about 13 minutes from Bogart's. They have smoking rooms that don't smell like it. There's an elevator, so that's great for my knees and hips! Microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer nice TV's. Just a heads-up, no coffee maker in either room I had. I don't care, because I don't drink it. But they DO have it in the lobby
