The breakfast was adequate, with a good choice of options, which rotated on a day to day basis. The service staff were very nice, especially Arlene. The front desk staff were pleasant too and our rooms were exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.
Negatives:
There was often a bathroom odor throughout the hotel lobby, as we came and went each day. Admittedly I have a keen nose, but my sister noticed it too. On the fourth floor, as soon as we exited the elevator there was a strong smell of gas/fuel coming from a door named Mechanical. Our rooms were nearby and thankfully it did not invade our space! However, it accosted us every time we came and left. Two of us reported this problem and were told it was nothing to worry about, just the "Scent of Cincinnati!" The front operating panel of our AC unit was coming off. In the second room the AC unit flooded the carpet and they had to move to another. The traffic at night was loud and there were fire trucks and police vehicles disturbing us frequently.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. The hotel is located near many shopping centers and places to eat. There is also a casino in a short walking distance.
Negatives:
There was a lot of this things that was wrong with this hotel!! For one as soon as we stepped off the elevator there was a strong odor of gas. A blue tarp covering part wall room plumbing issues, & room was full of gnats.
Positives:
Nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and the needs of my handicapped mother.
Negatives:
The property was nice but not happy at all with booking.com. I was lead to believe that I would be in a handicap room with a wheelchair accessible shower. The room wasnt even handicapped! This is very very important so I will no longer use booking.com because we must, MUST, have handicapped and booking.com lies just to get us booked. I was so disappointed!
