Good location, bed was comfy, room was spacious. Employees were very nice and welcoming and helped accommodate our babies needs.

It had a funky smell in the hallways. There were cobwebs in our room, but the rest of it appeared to be clean. The pool seemed kinda old and dirty and was very freezing.

The location was good. There are signs that say “scan QR code to pay to park” but once you go inside to check in they give you a promo code to have free parking.
Negatives:
The sheets were dirty when we arrived, it had dirt footprints over them. We had a room with two double beds and a pull out couch because it was 2 adults and 3 kids, and the one bed was so close to the air conditioner unit you couldn’t even get in on that side of the bed. With it being so close, to the bed, and we had the AC on, it was absolutely freezing in that bed but comfortable for the rest of the room. We didn’t put the kids in that bed, because of that and to me it seemed like a fire safety concern, because the bed sheets were lain on top of the unit. The breakfast was, okay. Nothing to complain to much about, but definitely nothing to rant about. For the price we paid, it just didn’t seem worth it as a Hyatt.

Perfect fit for our family!

The room was nice and spacious, just a walk in shower no tub for little ones, very close to Highway, a grocery store and a few food places

You have to pay to park in the hotel lot $8 for 24 hours, It was 15$ more than quoted, staff wasn’t too helpful, and I could not change the air temperature in the room luckily I like it cold, that were doing some remodeling so parking was a nightmare on top of having to pay for it,
