The flush system on the toilet broke and was never fixed we had to stay upstairs and my 78 year mother in law had trouble climbing the stairs and we never received a chair for the tub for her to shower when was told they would get her one

Checking into the room was a easy seamless process, the property is very clean, excellent breakfast bar with amazing coffee. And the front office check in staff Jessica is very friendly and amazing. Very helpful the entire staff especially Jessica!

The room was very dirty. There was trash in the bathroom behind the door. A used soap bar in the shower. The shower head was so messed up that water sprayed everywhere. It was going onto the ceiling and walls. It flooded the bathroom floor in a matter of few minutes. We did not stay the second night and just drove home so we could shower. We were at the Healing Appalachia music festival Friday and Saturday and it was horrible not being able to take a shower after being in the heat and sun all day. It was also very dusty at the festival so not being able to take a shower was disgusting.

we woke up to a room infested with bugs they were all over the sink in the floor in our food i had bite marks on my legs. We were shocked being we stayed there many times before. but something changed new owners something its a rundown bug infested hole now/ the so-called manager told us they would refund our money, which ended up a lie they said booking.com had to refund the money as they was the ones that collected it booking .com says the motel has to issue the refund as they collected it both can't get their stores straight. been a week and still can't get the motel to return my calls every time I call the woman says she will have the manager call, and they never do liars is all I have delt with from both places DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE LESS YOU WANT BUG BITES AND BUGS IN EVERYTHING YOU TAKE IN THE ROOM AND DON'T EVER USE BOOKING.COM

Not much, the breakfast bar was very cheap, but I guess for a low priced room, you could not ask for much

Staff was not always available, the air conditioner didn’t work properly and the TV remote didn’t work and there were holes in the wall in the bathroom
