Very clean Good for a nights stay

Kathy at front desk was outstanding. She works long hours and was pleasant and most helpful. Very dedicated. The lady that comes in at 4:30 am to fix breakfast did outstandingly as well. Food was fresh and delicious

They keep that place immculate and it shows every time I see them they're working they're hard-working people and they're very nice always willing to give a hand so I enjoy it I enjoy the hellos I enjoy how are you how have you been It all goes a long way

Rooms were filled with smoke and terrible smells. No replacement rooms available. The staff refused to even attempt to clean it and refused a refund. Whole hotel smelled moldy at a level.

There was no elevator. Our room was so humid our eyes were burning. Only 1 roll of t.p. in room and a partial box of kleenex. Mold stain in the shower and the shower rod wasn't properly secured and water got all over floor from shower curtain not closing.

Beverages we’re available for $1 near the front desk, Diet Coke, water

Beds felt “damp” maybe due to the humidity in which case you should have the A/C turned on at a reasonable temperature so that condition doesn’t happen.
Don’t clean the room, and then turn off the A/C until we show up.
Very disappointed breakfast is only Sat/Sun.

I might look at a different hotel when I have to stay in Grayson, Ky again.
