The stay was perfect. The place Under renovation but where they don't find anything out of anybody working. While we were there, but it was exactly what we were looking for a comfortable bed. And a jetted bathtub for relaxing the muscles very worth it

Disliked · The fact that the features were far from accurate! There was no balcony view in the room that I booked, the water in the shower was hardly even lukewarm, (and this was in a renovated room), and there were no robes (when I asked about the robes, the employee laughed and said that they had never offered that service before), there was not a breakfast buffet, and we were not made aware, after paying for an inclusive breakfast, that we could order off of the menu. I was extremely disappointed, seeing as the reason why I chose Double Tree, was for all of the extra amenities. While dining at the restaurant, there was a gentleman there who was loud and obnoxious, and obviously over-served an abundance of alcohol, which made my experience there a little unbearable. I was in the middle of time-sensitive assignments, and this was quite unacceptable for the price I paid! Also, went to get ice and something to snack on from the Ice/Vending room, very dirty, with holes in the wall and in the base of the wall, and there was no vending machine around! It was late and I was, again, trying to get work done and did not want to go all the way to the lobby. Lazy on my part, yes, but an inconvenience to a guest as well.

The room had a very weird smell. Im not sure what it was but it was noticeable immediately upon entering and remained the entire time. It smelled like mildew and like it was coming from the sink or plumbing. Thankfully we were only in the room to sleep.
