I LOVE swimming. So it was awesome

Its probably a 3 star hotel. Definitely not 4 star. It does have a lot of facilities and minus the condom wrapper the rooms were nice (pity it was there). The bed was comfortable. The rooms are spacious. Staff were nice and friendly and there was free parking .

Really disappointed with my stay here. Really doesnt deserve the 4 stars or genius rating.

Arrived and was greeted with slow service at reception. Got up to the room to drop the bags and get changed for the pool and the room was clean-ish. I say this because it did genuinely seem clean but I did find a condom wrapper under the desk but other than that it was clean.
The indoor pool is disgusting. Theres mould, paint peeling and the water is scummy. There is no changing rooms for the indoor pool by the way. Very poor!
We ate at the BlueGrass Bistro, Id give this a 5/10. 5 because my partners food was nice but mine was awful, maybe I ordered the wrong dish? My partner got the salmon and she said it was nice. I got the duck breast which was $38 there was not even a quarter of a breast on the plate. The waitress didnt bat an eye when I asked is this the full size portion of the duck. She gave me the impression that she gets that question a lot. There is a Starbucks also on site, went there before checkout to be left waiting there for about 15 minutes with nobody to serve me. In the end I decided to leave when a woman came to complain about her coffee saying it was awful.

All and all, the stay was ok! Isnt worth the money. Wont be returning.

There should be an easier way to control the temperature in the room. It was too cold and didn't raise very much.
