The hotel is very outdated and falling apart. Our room had a bunch of patches in the ceiling, cracks in the bathtub, old carpet and it was very humid.

Convenient to the Kentucky Horse Park, clean updated rooms, friendly staff in the bistro and valet.
Negatives:
The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed- one person handling check ins and the little convenience store check out was ridiculous- waiting for several people to check in to get a bottle of water was annoying. They were all polite and helpful - not their fault for a poor system.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was nice as well. Loved how modern it was and the decor. It was nice roasting marshmallows with the s’mores kit they provided daily and the pool and jacuzzi was really nice. Enjoyed it overall

The outside tent for events made the rooms facing it very noisy until the early hours. Some of the staff were excellent however one or two were hopeless.
