Very Unprofessional- the hotel was closed I had stayed there before and it was going to be my new working medical destin

Nothing. The place was closed when we arrived. That explains the no-answer when I called several times to let them know that I had a broken leg, and couldn't deal with stairs! Don't you know they're closed? Why are you asking me to review?

There is really not one good thing I can say about this hotel.

Staff was extremely rude and neglectful. We were told we couldnt have towels because of staff shortage. Our TV didnt work. The place was absolutely filthy every inch. They let the people who live there come down and eat all of the breakfast so that there is nothing left for the travelers.

Everything about this place was bad. This hotel seems like a long term stay for locals, drug dealers, and prostitutes. Once you get past the run down but formerly nice lobby, everything else is grungy, dark, and scary. Beware!

We liked very little. The elevator did not work. The lobby was hot with floor fans running. The lobby had a odor. Not happy! Charged for two rooms.WE ONLY NEEDED ONE ROOM...trying to get one room credit back! GOOD LUCK! THEY WON'T THE DAMN PHONE!
