Positives:
It was in a great location. The had a refrigerator and microwave.
Negatives:
The property smelled like smoke. The bed linen had cigarette burns in them. The toilet tank had been cracked, but repaired. The bathtub was rusty, but had a bath mat over the rust. The mat looked dirty.

Positives:
Staff was rude and would not allow me to speak with management all I wanted was proof of what I was being accused of.
Negatives:
They have ok my reservation and when I went to check in I was told I was on the do not book list for pet damages due to my last stay. They would not provide proof of so called damages as I know for a fact that the room was left in outstanding cleanliness and no damages to anything by my two dogs. I know this because I stripped the beds and cleaned the room myself with my own cleaning supplies. I’m a very pissed off customer
