Positives: Absolutely nothing except for when the officers proved the owner was wrong.
Negatives: I got there about 9 got the cards backed into My parking spot and bs soon followed. I drive a bigger suv and I pulled in but realized I wouldn't be able to see my truck from the hotel so I'm moved my suv closer there was but,1 parking space and it was a tight fit between 2 cars and my suv. I get backed in mind you my suv is equipped with back up beepers that warn you when your to close to something and when it beeps red means stop. Welp I backed in got out was fixing to let my daughter and her friend out of the truck when some guy "now I know so called owner ". Come out hollering at me saying I hit the car next to be a telling me he was going to call the cops. I told him "he may want to hurry and due so as I was on with 911." So I waited for the officer by my suv. The officers arrived. I explained what the manager/owner was saying allowed the officer to talk with the kids in my truck also officer took his flash light and looked over my truck welp owner manager came out yet again waving his phone saying he got on video me hitting the black car to my left. So for the next 10 min the owner manager kept trying to slow the video to show I hit the car welp. The day before I had washed and cleaned my suv well and took a video of it looking so nice. Well thank God I did because as I handed my phone to the office to view my truck from less than 24 hours prior the owner/manager hollers out "SHE'S GOOD I SEE SHE DIDN'T HIT IT SHE IS GOOD." OF course the officers proved by his flashlight my phone and truck that I hadn't hit the car which caused the owner/manager to change what he was trying to accuse me of. Well you see lol. The officer told me he said "It was a tight spot that I'd gotten my 3row suv in. But, I could drive lol. Well the owner/manager apologized to the officers but never to me. Who he had lied and wronged. And hollored at when my kids were in the truck seeing and hearing it all.

Negatives: Room was filthy, puke on the tub, room smelled like smoke, stuff on the walls and the TV remote was broken. They had ants in the hot tub we didn't use, the walls creaked every time people above us walked around all night long and the morning desk employee didn't even ask us how our stay was, I guess she didn't want to hear probably the usual complaints. Was very disappointed, but on a good note, it was the first time we used booking.com and will consider using it again.
