Room was filthy, puke on the tub, room smelled like smoke, stuff on the walls and the TV remote was broken. They had ants in the hot tub we didn't use, the walls creaked every time people above us walked around all night long and the morning desk employee didn't even ask us how our stay was, I guess she didn't want to hear probably the usual complaints. Was very disappointed, but on a good note, it was the first time we used booking.com and will consider using it again.

Staff sent us to room 332 which wasn’t ready or clean and the tv didn’t work. Then sent us to room 336. We had to ask for bath linens daily and the staff was hard to understand. They didn’t speak loud enough or speak English very well. The elevator was loud and squeaky too.

The room was not cleaned very well the bed look like the sheets were old burnt holes in the sheets they were stained the baseboards were dirty the doors were dirty the walls were dirty there were candles on top of the bed headboard that had been there I don't know how long they have been used the bathroom was not clean very well there was not a lot of selective of towels and wash rags it was trash all around the property the door had a crack at the bottom that cold air was coming in
