Positives:
We stayed in this hotel during our Mammoth Cave trip. The property was clean and breakfast was too good. But, the room was not good. The bathroom door doesn’t close , vent in the bathroom doesn’t work. Not sure how they have given that room to some family. The room service was not done after first day. When requested for fresh towels, they said nothing is there. We are disappointed with the facility.
Negatives:
The room and the staff who assigned the bad room to us. How come they run out of towels.

Positives:
Room was very spacious, loved having a couch and the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Free parking and all the complimentary toiletries in the room were massive bonuses, beds were super comfortable.
Negatives:
Shower mat was a bit dirty, managed to swap out for a new one straight away though so happy with that service. Didn't love the parking lot, we got back from a night time river cruise to find workers drinking out the back of their cars (boots were filled with quite a lot of alcohol so didn't feel too safe getting out of the car or leaving the car)

The rooms were very clean and smelled good. The breakfast had a lot of options as well.
Negatives:
The pool, pool restrooms/changing area and pool area were very dirty. The pool heater must not of been working well. The kids about froze to death and I couldn't even get in. No pool towels. Had to ask for them twice. And you rarely could never find someone at the front desk.

There was only one entrance available and the two elevators. I could not access the stairwells to get outside so i had to wait for an elevator for a 6 story hotel just to go out to my car. It was very loud. Cleaning rooms up until 8PM with staff talking, yelling and laughing loudly. Large groups of black people coming in very late and being very loud, yelling and banging in rooms next to me until 5AM. I did not get any sleep and checked out by 7 AM. People smoking outside the main entrance.
