Body wash empty in shower , noticeable hair and lint all over bathroom floor , the toilet was dirty but dust and urine behind the seat I don’t think it was touched at besides purchasing my own cleaning supplies the stay wasn’t bad

I did not even get to stay at the property because apparently they did not have my reservation. I paid for it through booking.com but was told booking not send the reservation to the property. I need a refund, but on a diff card bc I no longer have the AMEX card I used to book the room.

I booked this hotel for a convention that took place on the premises. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was free parking. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. My room was cleaned everyday. Very reasonable price.
Negatives:
The room did not have a microwave despite being advertised as having one. Instead, the microwave was outside the room on a fold-out table in an empty vending machine area. I also had mixed feelings about the value of the breakfast buffet, which cost $10 and had the same food that other Holiday Inns offer for free. At the convention, the hotel had a strict policy against outside food in common areas despite the concession stand having a limited selection and not always being open.

Old hotel section was fenced off for demolition. Looked run down when we pulled up.
Breakfast was extra fee.
