I liked that the room was clean. I wanted a shuttle and they did come and pick me up and drop me off.
Negatives:
I did not like they advertised breakfast but did not have breakfast. They did not have juice or coffee. They had white bread. No toaster. They had 3 choices of cereal and a big milk carton. The had tea bags but no hot water.

Absolutely NOTHING. This property reminded me of the “BATES MOTEL” in the horror movie PSYCHO!

It is still not clear why but the hotel charged my card three different times for the entire stay all within the first 12 hours of being there. This was all taken out of my checking account with no guarantee when or if I would get my money back. Staff at the counter was unsure why there were three charges. They helped us speak with corporate, the women we spoke with at corporate was getting very frustrated with us. Desk staff apologized for this. No compensation was able to be made or offered.
