Booking.com indicates a per fee “may” apply with no redirection on the website to determine in what circumstances or how much if any the fee is going to be. Turns out I’m charged an outrageous $75 to have our pet in the room. The hotel also apparently confirmed I could have a ground floor room near an Exit. However I was told this is also not true and we were required to be up the elevator. Our dog is afraid of elevators. A very negative experience. Staff were not helpful and simply told us to blame Booking.com

Wish I would have known the entire pool area was closed. I honestly thought it would be just the pool closed. We booked this hotel to sit in the sun, but even the chairs were off limit.

The breakfast bar was lacking. I went to get breakfast about halfway through the allotted time and everything was picked over, the oatmeal was cold. I wanted to put raisins in my oatmeal but they were so old and dried out that they were hard and crunchy.
