The only working ice machine is on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall. Super inconvenient for anyone not on that floor. Wait staff ignored the Do Not Disturb sign on our door 2 days in a row. TV has no working smart features even though they are advertised. Bed was super uncomfortable as were the pillows.

First front staff clerk was only good at counting the number of dogs that I had. The man during the day was actually very pleasant. I had my purse in several belongings stolen out of my car that was within view of the cameras. Nobody noticed that the lights and sirens were going off on my car and nobody did anything. The front clerk tried to get the manager to come in and he did not. I had trouble getting the video for 4 days. I've lost nearly $20,000 in this. Emotionally traumatized by the whole thing.
