Negatives: We booked a standard King online but when we arrived at the hotel we ask the front desk can see our rooms. All of the 3 rooms had roaches inside soon as we open the door. That really wasn’t the issue the issue was when we told the front desk about the roaches in ask can we check another room he instantly got mad and told us that we had to pay an upgrade fee for a superior king which is $15. We told him that it wasn’t fair for us to pay an upgrade fee when the issue in the room wasn’t our fault. Again the front got even more mad told us we can get a refund back and go home. After we paid the $15 for an upgraded room that we didn’t ask for he told us to talk with the manager in the morning. My point is the guy was not understanding and very very rude and I work at this company for years and we never handle any of our guests the way this guy handled us..

Negatives: Location was horrible. From 10pm to 230 am, I was constantly looking out the window to see if anyone was messing with my car. There are even directions on the back of the door telling you to lock up valuables both in your car and room. I actually witnessed a drug deal go down. After about 1.5 hours, I called 911 to see if they could patrol the area because I was that fearful. After about 20 minutes, 2 patrol cars came through and behind one of the sketchy vehicles. The car parked in front of the rooms indicating they were staying there but they weren’t. After the law left, the car left. I woke at 445 am and left at 530 am, but that was after I killed one roach and tried to kill the other that got away. Totally disgusting. I think I should be refunded since I was denied restful sleep due to the bad location.

Negatives: Room was small no refrigerator or microwave

Negatives: The room smelled and needs updated. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms.

Negatives: Lots of prostitution going on in parking lot....room smelled like urine n funk....they made me pay a $50 deposit cash n didn't want to return it because i was a complainer about the entire facility.....i will not recommend this hotel to anyone and i think ill be using another booking app that lets you know the truth about the facilities up front....it really ruined my weekend trip.....i didnt want to eat my food in the room so i ate outside in car.....if i had extra spending cash i would have went to another hotel......horrible horrible horrible

Negatives: Very small room small uncomfortable bed area seemed dangerous hotel and room seemed like a drug house room smelled sour.
